Payment options include cash, check or credit card. Our office also accepts Medicare and Medicaid. In accordance with the guidelines set forth by the American Society of Plastic Surgeons®, it is our policy to collect payment in full prior to any cosmetic service. Credit will not be extended in any circumstance, but we will be happy to discuss financing options which may be available to those who qualify.
There are no charges for any pre or postoperative appointments for cosmetic procedures; however there is a fee for the initial consultation.
Payment of any outstanding balance is expected within 30 days of receipt of the first invoice from our office. If payment in full is not possible, please inform our business manager and we will be happy to work with you to develop a payment schedule.

Insurance Coverage
Depending on the type of surgery you are having and the policies
of your health insurance company, you may have insurance coverage
for some of your surgical expense. To find out about insurance
plans currently accepted by each physician, please call our business
office at 952.925.1111. We can assist you in determining what
may be covered by your policy; however we encourage you to verify
benefits with your insurance company prior to any procedure.
Financing
Financing can be a possibilty for some patients. We participate
in the Care Credit program which is supported by the American
