Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Surgery scheduling requires careful planning and coordination between our office and the Surgery Center (operating room, staff and anesthesiologist).

 

Please understand the importance of our two-week cancellation policy:

• Cancellations 8-14 business days prior to your scheduled surgery will result in a 5% loss of surgeon fees.​

• Cancellations 2-7 business days prior to your scheduled surgery will result in a 10% loss of surgeon fees.

• Cancellations 1 business day or less prior to your scheduled surgery date will result in a 25% loss of surgeon fees.

In addition to the penalties listed above, please note that if you paid by credit card, all additional fees incurred by the surgeon due to processing/refunding your payment will be deducted from any refund.
